About the Event

Support your community and show off your company at the 2024 Fall Fest.

All sponsors are invited to a private event for sponsors and their VIP guests on Friday, October 25th, 2024, and founding sponsors are eligible to enter the Scarecrow Building Contest for a chance to win a prize valued at $8,000!

Additionally, you'll be able to present your business in a unique way at our fall festival extravaganza! Each sponsor will be given an opportunity to display their business or product at one of our event spaces.

  • Eligible for Best Scarecrow Competition, the winner receives comp 1-day use of RHF venue, value $8000

Fall Festival FAQ

* Each registered sponsor is required to bring their own table/booth.

* Inclimate weather is always a possibility, please plan accordingly

* Please bring candy/handouts for the trick-or-treating children

Sponsor Registration Directions: In order to register, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click the plus sign on the quantity number below
  2. If you require extra tickets food/drink tickets, select the amount needed
  3. The system will calculate the total of registration (and tickets if needed)
  4. Ensure that the total is correct, then press the "checkout" button
  5. After that, you'll be sent to the registration form
  6. Fill out the requested fields
  7. Click the submit button
  8. An email will be sent with registration confirmation for the event
